Bukkie Allison is a scribe, recorder, memoirist and genealogist. She is dedicated to amplifying the voices of African writers and storytellers who represent the wisdom, beauty, and richness of African narratives. 

Over the past fourteen years, she has provided strategic counsel and project management support in communications for leading organisations. Bukkie’s ongoing expertise includes critical assessments of marketing communications planning & implementation, issues management, planning/reputation counsel, writing/editing, and advocacy education campaigns.

In 2015, she discovered a passion for local and personal histories, which led her to assist several Nigerians in ghostwriting their memoirs and family legacies. Fueled by this passion, she founded Bukkie Allison Consulting, a hub that includes TruMemories, Author Coaching (creative writing agencies), CredoFusion, a digital marketing agency, as well as Irawo, a talent management agency. In these ventures, she serves as the Chief Editor and Creative Director.

These agencies work to preserve and promote Africa’s cultural heritage, foster global connections, and encourage dialogue. Allison’s mission is to empower African writers to share their unique perspectives, promote cross-cultural exchange, and enhance humanity’s enrichment through the transformative power of storytelling.

She has worked across various specialities for some of the most prominent local and multinational brands in Nigeria, including Advertising, Public Relations, Content Writing, and Production. Her experience encompasses organisations such as Explicit Communications, Moments with Mo, BBC Africa Business Report, Mark Eddo Productions, Nigezie TV, Sterling Bank Talent Management, IBEDC Staff Training, and the governments of Bayelsa and Gombe States. Additionally, she has managed political communications for candidates in Nigeria.

In previous years, she authored non-fiction titles for women and the faith community. Currently, she is working on a new narrative that offers a fresh perspective on life as an African. This work aims to promote the African narrative by utilising historical and cultural symbolism to reignite our indigenous heritage as Africans.

Bukkie Allison is currently on a mission to uncover the forgotten heritages and stories of the Nigerian people and Africans as a whole. She is encouraging families to rediscover their indigenous roots, create their family trees, understand their genealogies, and trace their ancestry. Bukkie believes that by unearthing these lost treasures, we can gain a deeper understanding of our existence, find meaning in the present, address ongoing issues, and chart a course for the future.

Douye specialises in crafting compelling narratives and data-driven social media strategies that drive engagement and measurable growth for small and medium-sized businesses, and faith-based organisations. From brand storytelling to ad copy, her work connects deeply and inspires action.

As a certified social media strategist and digital marketing professional, she excels at amplifying brand messages through platform-specific strategies and analytics. She combines creativity, strategy, and digital expertise to deliver content and social media strategies that meet and exceed client goals.

Notably, she led a campaign achieving a 96% attendance rate for an event with over 960 attendees, thanks to high-impact social media execution. Her background in Communication and her meticulous eye for detail ensures every project is executed to perfection.

Her versatility extends to being a dedicated researcher. With 15+ years of research experience (formal & informal), Douye approaches any topic with confidence. She seamlessly gathers, verifies, and utilises information to create well-informed content.

When she is not immersed in the digital world, she enjoys cooking delicious meals, staying active through exercise, and losing herself in a good book. She also finds relaxation in watching crime documentaries and comedy skits.

A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Chisom is a talented storyteller, emotive poet, and prolific blogger based in Lagos. She brings creativity, adaptability, strong storytelling abilities, and excellent time management skills to every project.

Chisom’s role involves crafting engaging content for memoirs, biographies, personal histories, legacy books, and non-fiction works. She expertly develops compelling narratives from scratch and transforms existing manuscripts, recordings, interviews, and research into high-quality, publication-ready material. Chisom is passionate about storytelling and dedicated to bringing clients' stories to life. She is the author of The Lurking Shadows and Indigo.

Chinonso is a skilled StoryCraft Expert at Author Coaching by BAC. She has the ability to transform poorly written manuscripts into enjoyable reads.

In her role at Author Coaching, Chinonso coaches authors, guiding them in refining their manuscripts and preparing them for publication. Her expertise covers narrative fiction, and her creative contributions include extensive research and crafting engaging narratives that bring stories to life.

Chinonso is a certified poet, writer, and public speaker with a degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria. She has honed her creative skills through rigorous training at the School of Mentorship, the African Creative Writers' Academy (AFCREWA), and the Change Makers' and Writers Academy (CMAWA).

With over three years in the field, Chinonso has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Exceptional Scriptwriter Of The Year (2023) and Illustrious Writer Of The Year (2022). Her work has been published in respected outlets like Brittle Paper and Fiery Scribe Review, and she is the author of The Demon's Lair, a thrilling horror novella. Chinonso brings creativity, dedication, and a wealth of experience to every project she undertakes.

Think prolific writer and avid reader together, Adebusola embodies both qualities. This means she has the ability to churn out high-quality content in record time and possesses critical thinking, reasoning, and empathy skills. 

She graduated from Joseph Ayo Babalola University with a degree in mass communication and completed her M.A. in book development and publishing at the University of Ibadan. She is a versatile writer, copywriter, screenwriter, and writing coach who is dedicated to her craft. She is the author of Suicide Codes of a Maid and The Last Duty.

Mishkajh Davis is a seasoned sales professional based in Connecticut, United States, with over two decades of experience in revenue growth and customer strategy. Her career has been defined by a deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behaviour, enabling her to anticipate customer needs with remarkable precision.

Mishkajh is particularly skilled in developing customer-centric products and solutions that align market demand with business objectives. Her extensive experience has sharpened her instincts, allowing her to identify what customers truly value and translate those insights into offerings that resonate at a practical, accessible level.

She is driven by creating win-win outcomes — delivering measurable growth for businesses while ensuring customers feel understood, served, and valued.

Alex Kene Edeh is a filmmaker, writer and researcher who has credits spread across fiction and non-fiction television. Having actively worked on over 400 hours of television content across Mnet Africa Magic Original programming (Masquerades of Aniedo, Itura) and Televista Nigeria/Sound City TV. He has also written documentary and infomercial projects for government parastatals and MDAs, as well as private businesses, as a freelance writer. His strong suits are his ability to find the thread of connection and emotion that binds otherwise disconnected subject matter together.
