Bukkie Allison is a Nigerian memory keeper, narrative architect, genealogist, and Afrocentric storytelling visionary dedicated to preserving African identities, histories, cultures, and legacies through the transformative power of storytelling.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of Bukkie Allison Consulting (BAC), a multidisciplinary storytelling and cultural preservation institution committed to documenting lives, nurturing authors, amplifying African narratives, and building enduring literary and creative ecosystems. Through BAC and its agencies — TruMemories, Author Coaching, CredoFusion, Ìràwọ̀, and BAC Academy — she is helping shape a new generation of African storytellers, legacy keepers, and cultural thinkers.

Driven by a deep passion for history, ancestry, spirituality, indigenous identity, and memory preservation, Bukkie’s work centers on helping Africans rediscover who they are, where they come from, and the stories that shaped them. Her work spans memoir writing, genealogy research, oral history preservation, author development, narrative strategy, documentary storytelling, and cultural advocacy.

Over the past twenty years, she has worked across communications, media, writing, public relations, content development, advocacy campaigns, and political communications for both local and multinational organizations in Nigeria. Her professional experience includes work with organizations such as BBC Africa Business Report, Sterling Bank, Moments with Mo, Mark Eddo Productions, Nigezie TV, and several governmental and private institutions.

In addition to her storytelling and cultural preservation work, Bukkie leads BAC Systems & Strategy, the institutional development and consulting arm of BAC focused on organizational growth, structure, people development, operational systems, and strategic positioning. Through this arm, she works with businesses, founders, creatives, and mission-driven organizations to build sustainable systems, strengthen team culture, clarify vision, and develop structures that support long-term impact, scalability, and legacy. Her approach combines human-centered leadership, narrative intelligence, operational insight, and purpose-driven strategy to help organizations evolve with clarity and intention.

In 2015, her growing fascination with personal histories and indigenous memory systems led her into the world of memoirs, family history documentation, and legacy preservation. Since then, she has helped individuals, families, leaders, and institutions document their stories, preserve generational wisdom, and transform lived experiences into enduring literary works.

Beyond storytelling, Bukkie is deeply invested in cultural and educational transformation across Africa. Through initiatives like BAC Academy and her long-term cultural preservation vision, she advocates for Afrocentric education, indigenous language preservation, historical consciousness, and creative empowerment for African youth.

Her work is rooted in the belief that stories are not merely entertainment, but vessels of identity, memory, healing, continuity, and collective survival. Through her writing, leadership, and institutions, she is committed to ensuring that African stories are not forgotten, diluted, or erased, but preserved, honored, and passed on across generations.

Bukkie Allison is currently building narrative and cultural preservation systems that reconnect Africans to their roots, restore pride in indigenous heritage, and position African stories as vital contributions to global human history.

Douye Owonaru is our Digital Marketing Director at Ìràwọ̀ by BAC. She is a results-driven content writer with over seven years of experience crafting narratives that inspire and drive growth. Douye specialises in crafting compelling narratives and data-driven social media strategies that drive engagement and measurable growth for small and medium-sized businesses, and faith-based organisations. From brand storytelling to ad copy, her work connects deeply and inspires action.

As a certified social media strategist and digital marketing professional, she excels at amplifying brand messages through platform-specific strategies and analytics. She combines creativity, strategy, and digital expertise to deliver content and social media strategies that meet and exceed client goals.

Notably, she led a campaign achieving a 96% attendance rate for an event with over 960 attendees, thanks to high-impact social media execution. Her background in Communication and her meticulous eye for detail ensures every project is executed to perfection.

Her versatility extends to being a dedicated researcher. With 15+ years of research experience (formal & informal), Douye approaches any topic with confidence. She seamlessly gathers, verifies, and utilises information to create well-informed content.

When she is not immersed in the digital world, she enjoys cooking delicious meals, staying active through exercise, and losing herself in a good book. She also finds relaxation in watching crime documentaries and comedy skits.

Chisom Udechukwu is the Senior Supervisor and Lead, Operations & Talent Development at Bukkie Allison Consulting, where she plays a pivotal role in team coordination, operational oversight, talent development, and creative execution across the organization. With a strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and excellence to both people and projects, she contributes significantly to strengthening BAC’s internal culture and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality work.

At TruMemories by BAC, BAC’s legacy writing agency, Chisom is renowned for her ability to craft cohesive and emotionally resonant narratives from the often fragmented pieces of a client’s story. A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, she is a gifted storyteller, emotive poet, blogger, and creative writer based in Lagos.

Chisom brings creativity, adaptability, leadership capacity, and exceptional storytelling skills to every project she handles. Her work includes developing compelling content for memoirs, biographies, personal histories, legacy books, and non-fiction works, while also supporting team growth, workflow coordination, quality control, and professional development within the organization. She expertly transforms manuscripts, interviews, recordings, and research materials into polished, publication-ready narratives that preserve legacy and amplify authentic voices.

Passionate about storytelling, people development, and meaningful impact, Chisom is dedicated to helping both clients and team members grow through intentional communication, collaboration, and transformative narratives. She is the author of The Lurking Shadows and Indigo.

Janefrances Chinonso Udeh is the Company Administrator and In-House People & Operations Support at Bukkie Allison Consulting, where she supports the organization’s administrative coordination, internal operations, team support systems, and workflow management. Known for her structured work ethic, diligence, and commitment to timely execution, she plays an important role in ensuring organizational processes run efficiently across departments.

She also serves as a Storycraft Expert and Author Support & Editorial Operations Coordinator at Author Coaching by BAC, where she contributes to editorial coordination, author communication, follow-up systems, and story development. She supports the smooth movement of projects through various editorial stages by helping to manage submission timelines, editorial scheduling, and operational coordination within the author development process. With a keen eye for structure and readability, Janefrances supports writers in strengthening their manuscripts and preparing their work for publication.

Janefrances is a certified poet, writer, and public speaker with a degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria. She has further developed her creative and professional skills through training at the African Creative Writers' Academy, the School of Mentorship, and the Change Makers’ and Writers Academy (CMAWA).

Combining administrative discipline with creative insight, Janefrances contributes to both the operational and storytelling ecosystem at BAC, supporting authors and teams through organized coordination, editorial assistance, and process-driven execution.

Adebusola is a Storycraft Expert & Literary Development Strategist at Author Coaching by BAC, where she supports aspiring and established writers through the creative, editorial, and developmental stages of storytelling. A gifted writer, critical thinker, and passionate literary enthusiast, she combines creativity with deep analytical insight to help shape compelling narratives and guide authors toward stronger expression and mastery of their craft.

A graduate of Joseph Ayo Babalola University with a degree in Mass Communication, Adebusola also earned an M.A. in Book Development and Publishing from the University of Ibadan. She is currently pursuing deeper academic and professional growth in the field of creative writing, with a strong interest in becoming a lecturer and contributing to the development of future storytellers, writers, and literary scholars.

At BAC, she contributes significantly to creative ideation, editorial development, manuscript refinement, and author growth initiatives. Her dedication to the storytelling process is reflected not only in her writing but also in her commitment to helping writers unlock their voice, strengthen their craft, and develop meaningful stories with depth and authenticity.

Adebusola is a versatile writer, copywriter, screenwriter, and writing coach who possesses the rare ability to produce high-quality work with both speed and emotional intelligence. Thoughtful, reflective, and deeply committed to literary excellence, she approaches storytelling as both an art form and a transformative tool for human connection and education. She is the author of Suicide Codes of a Maid and The Last Duty.

Mishkajh Davis is our Business Development Officer overseeing BAC’s North American operations. She is a seasoned sales professional based in Connecticut, United States, with over two decades of experience in revenue growth and customer strategy. Her career has been defined by a deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behaviour, enabling her to anticipate customer needs with remarkable precision.

Mishkajh is particularly skilled in developing customer-centric products and solutions that align market demand with business objectives. Her extensive experience has sharpened her instincts, allowing her to identify what customers truly value and translate those insights into offerings that resonate at a practical, accessible level.

She is driven by creating win-win outcomes — delivering measurable growth for businesses while ensuring customers feel understood, served, and valued.

Alex Kene Edeh is a Co-creator and consultant at CredoFusion by BAC. He is a filmmaker, seasoned writer and researcher who has credits spread across fiction and non-fiction television. Having actively worked on over 400 hours of television content across Mnet Africa Magic Original programming (Masquerades of Aniedo, Itura) and Televista Nigeria/Sound City TV. He has also written documentary and infomercial projects for government parastatals and MDAs, as well as private businesses, as a freelance writer. His strong suits are his ability to find the thread of connection and emotion that binds otherwise disconnected subject matter together.

Osaretin Gift Emefile is our Growth Manager at Bukkie Allison Consulting, where she leads strategic growth initiatives focused on storytelling, audience development, digital visibility, and brand expansion. A content and growth strategist with a strong creative and analytical edge, she is passionate about building meaningful narratives that drive engagement, impact, and intentional growth.

She studied Mass Communication at the University of Benin and brings expertise in copywriting, content strategy, social media management, brand storytelling, digital planning, creative direction, and audience engagement.
