A shoutout from Boluwatife to Temitope

As my contract at BAC comes to an end, I’m super excited and grateful to have been part of such an amazing team and organisation. The people here have been nothing short of inspiring.
I want to make a special shout-out to my colleague and team partner, Temitope.
Temitope, you are truly amazing. You make work lighter and easier, and your writing game is top-notch. You are grounded, reliable, and such a fantastic partner. You know how to step in, step up, and even step aside when needed. You’ve been a great teammate who covers lapses, supports fully, and brings so much value to the work.
I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. I’m especially grateful to Bukkie Allison Consulting for discerning and bringing such a fantastic talent on board. Together, we’ve produced refined projects I’m proud of.
From here, it’s only upward to greater heights and bigger doors. I’m so glad I got to work with you. Cheers to what’s next!

I got to be a better version of myself.

Looking back at the last 5 months of my life, I would say it was a much-needed growth. I learned, relearned and unlearned — BAC was the catalyst.
From listening to instructions to putting my best in a project, to going to redemption camp for an interview, defending my work on the appraisal day, and celebrating BAC @ 1 — I learnt a whole lot.
I learnt so much about my strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of others. I had something to always look forward to at the beginning of the week, which helped me to be disciplined in other aspects of my personal life.
I changed. I grew. I smiled more and opened up more. I was the girl who loved to do things alone, but now I enjoy collaboration over competition.
Several lessons learnt, like one particular project was supposed to be a great story, but we couldn’t get past the initial stage of gathering stories because many were not cooperating. It showed me that not everyone will turn up for you, no matter how much you invest in them or be good to them.
Then another lesson I will take with me is the infinite possibilities that present themselves when we stretch ourselves and think out of the box. Ms. Bukkie is one person who didn’t dwell on problems; she was always looking for a solution. It’s crazy how powerful the human mind can be.
With BAC, I learnt leadership isn’t perfect; it’s the conscious effort to want to make life easier for those looking up to you.
I am glad I got to meet amazing souls whose imprint will always be part of my story. The likes of Miss Chisom, Boluwatife, Miss Jane, Adebusola and Dominion — in their little ways, they made BAC easy to navigate for me.
And yes, to the HR, Ms Folashade, thank you for taking a chance on me even though I came late for my very first interview. For also giving me the room to defend myself at the appraisal day.
Ms. Bukkie, without you, there would be no Bukkie Allison Consulting. Thank you for following your dreams and nudge, for wanting to create an environment that empowers and motivates us as we help people tell their stories.
Thank you very much, Ms. Bukkie, for considering me for the road trip, for helping me get out of my shell and reaching for the stars.
As I drop my pen, I am especially grateful to God for nudging me to go on LinkedIn and apply for the ghostwriter position in Trumemories even though I had a lot on my plate back then.
I don’t know what life has next for me, but I hope I get to be a better version of myself.
Thank you, BAC, for the opportunities you extended my way. I am really grateful.

They saw potential I hadn’t really recognized in myself

Working at Bukkie Allison Consulting has been nothing short of amazing. For me, it is proof that there is truly nothing you can’t do when you set your mind to it, and when someone dares to take a chance on you.

That’s exactly what Bukkie Allison Consulting did for me. They entrusted me with a ghostwriting role—a role I had never officially taken on before, though I had experience in other niches of writing. This particular project carried weight; after all, it was someone’s life story, the kind of work where you’d expect only the most seasoned hands to be chosen. Yet, instead of just looking at my CV, they saw beyond it. They saw potential I hadn’t fully recognized in myself. They saw grit, strength, and possibility—and gave me the chance to grow into it.

For that, I’m deeply grateful. Grateful not just for the opportunity, but for the new dimension of writing I’ve been exposed to. Grateful for the exposure to a healthy workspace where employees are seen and heard.

Grateful for the supportive and beautiful team. From Ms. Bukkie, thank you ma for your warmth and firmness – it’s a pleasure to work with and for you ma. You have built a beautiful company and you have inspired me in more ways than I can say.

Miss Chisom – Very diligent, ever wanting to be on time with the task. Thank you for the training.

Principal Jane – Thank you for always understanding and supportive from a mile.

Growth Manager Adebusola – Thank you for all you do for BAC.

The experience at Bukkie Allison Consulting is one I will carry with me for a long time and also apply to other jobs in the future.

Cheers to greater height and to more wins🥳🥂
